PRIME5 Performance Training
The PRIME5 Performance Training is an individualized strength and conditioning program for athletes. This system allows us to meet the athlete where they are for their training to ensure injury prevention and sustainable performance. This program allows us to build up an athlete's weakness and build off of their strengths. Move better, become more explosive, and get stronger today!
Logistics:
- Class is offered 5-6 times a week.
- Class is offered 4 times per day, except on Sunday.
- Each class has a maximum of 8 participants.
